Nicole is an industry leading marketing strategist specializing in growing dental practices and groups with custom, evidence-based marketing programs. Nicole has an extensive background in advertising, with a career in the ad agency space, she managed marketing strategy for brands like Bank of America, 7-Eleven and H-E-B. In 2012, she transitioned to dentistry and became Marketing Director of DFW Family Dentistry, a dental group founded by Scott Leune. In 2014, the seven locations sold and Nicole launched Breakaway Marketing, an extension of Breakaway Practice support services and DSO. As Marketing Director of Breakaway, Nicole oversaw the branding and marketing of all entities of Breakaway and directed the marketing services of over 200 dental practices nationwide. In 2018, Nicole began consulting privately for practices to share her insights and support her clients with exclusive marketing services. After two years of consulting, Nicole decided it was time to create a marketing agency that could genuinely meet the needs of dentists across the country and pioneer a new standard of dental marketing. A true partner in growth, Transcendental, LLC was founded.

Lisa is a strategic, skilled marketer dedicated to helping her clients succeed through innovative and data-based marketing strategies. Lisa's background is in Market Development. As part of her career as Global Strategy Specialist at Expedia, Inc., Lisa mastered the art of digital strategy and advertising, event marketing, new business launches, lead gen and international business development. She also had extensive experience at Frost & Sullivan as a Marketing Strategy Consultant and Sponsorship Expert. In 2016, Lisa became Marketing Manager to over 30 dental practices nationwide by joining the team at Breakaway Marketing. Well-versed in all marketing channels across print and digital platforms, Lisa is known for optimizing results for her clients collaborating to deliver best-in-class services. In 2019, Lisa began providing valuable dental marketing support and expertise to many dental and orthodontic practices through independent consulting. After recently co-founding Transcendental, as COO, Lisa is focusing on further developing the business to allow these valuable services to reach and help more dentists achieve success.
